We worked to increase the installation and use of the Eni Live App, focusing on a targeted strategy that combined specific promotions and re-targeting activities. The goal was to acquire new users and engage the already existing ones to maximize engagement.

Objective

Starting Point

The main goal of the project is to significantly increase the installation and use of the Eni Live App, improving the users's engagement and increasing the users' interaction with the features offered by the platform. Our purpose is not only to boost the download of the app, but also to encourage a continuous and profitable use by the customers, so that they can fully benefit from the advantages and customized solutions  for the management of their consumption and daily needs that Eni Live offers.

Execution

Our accomplishments

Through the sponsorship of various promotions (Amarone, Amazon, BBQ, Headphones, Trolley, etc.), we set up a prospecting activity, on specific targets, to acquire new users according to a predetermined CPI. An effective Retargeting strategy allowed us to target users who had downloaded the app without registering. Achieving these results:

• 25K installations in three months

• 120k sessions

• 3k active users per month
