The campaign
One Platform
A single platform for the brand to offer all virtual and in-store promotional activities to engage consumers and to enhance the cross-activity behavioral analysis in real time. A single platform for the consumer to have access to contests, offers and communications to enrich their experience with the DOVE products, with just one registration.
An example is "DOVE Cashback Showers", where we registered over 15,000 participations, made up of 9000 women and 5000 men. Out of a total of 15395 receipts, only 434 (about 3%) require manual confirmation, highlighting the excellent operation of the OCR system. This result shows the effectiveness of our process and its ability to efficiently handle a high volume of data.

"The Dove Universe" game
We have developed a snack game designed to engage the consumer and allow the brand to collect valuable marketing insights. One of our new proposals is the integration of a registration form, which would allow to carry out a lead generation analysis and link the insights obtained through the answers to the quiz to specific users. Moreover, the introduction of a reward, such as a discount voucher, could further encourage users to participate and play, thereby increasing the engagement and the data collection.
